When you send a request to our Customer Service team, you’ll receive an email confirming that they’ve received it and, when the request is completed, you’ll receive another to confirm that your request or issue has been resolved.
The easiest way to track a request in order to always stay updated is to register on Packlink’s Customer Service centre.

If you’ve already sent a request and you wish to track the full conversation and update news then it’s very simple:
- Access Packlink’s Help Centre and click on "Start Session" in the top-left area.
- Next, you’ll come to www.pro.packlink.es, and if you’re already registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. If you’re not registered click on Register
We’ll send you a confirmation email to activate the user, follow the instructions and... All done! You’ll be able to follow up on your requests and issues with the Customer Service agents.
Through “My Activities” you’ll be able to see all your requests, including those that are in the process of being resolved as well as those that have been resolved. To find a specific one you can filter them according to status: Open, Awaiting Response or Resolved.
