To connect your ePRICE account with Packlink PRO, all you have to do is follow some simple steps which we will show you below.
Firstly, open up your Packlink PRO account and access the Settings section which can be found in the upper right-hand side of the page. Go to the section "Integrations for your online shop" on the left-hand menu and you’ll see the following screen:
Click on ePRICE and you will be able to access the integration settings:
To connect your ePRICE shop you’ll have to indicate your "ePRICE shop ID" and your "ePRICE API key". You can easily obtain these credentials from ePRICE. Once you log in to your ePRICE account, you’ll see the following screen:
On the upper-right side you’ll see a link with your email address. Click on it to access "My user settings":
On the left menu, click on "API Key" to get the code:
You can simply copy the code by clicking on "Copy to clipboard". If you still don’t have a key, click on "Create new key" and then "Copy to clipboard".
Now that you have the API key copies, return to the Packlink PRO - ePRICE settings window and paste the API key in the corresponding field. You can easily do it by clicking in the "API Key" field by right clicking or using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V.
Now you only need to find your ePRICE ID, for which you need to return to your ePRICE shop settings and click on "My Account" on the menu at the top of the page and then on "Settings":
On the next window, you’ll be able to see your ePRICE ID at the top of the page next to "Identification":
Simply copy this number, return to your Packlink PRO window and enter it into the corresponding field "Shop ID":
Lastly, click on "Connect with my shop" and now you will be able to automatically/manually import your ePRICE orders and start sending with Packlink PRO!
