Thanks to the integration between Packlink PRO and BRT you will be able to manage your business shipments at the rates you have agreed with the transport company.
This integration, which works via a monthly subscription, will offer you many advantages by offering the possibility to purchase shipments with the following BRT services: Express Shop2Shop, Express Shop2Home, Express Home2Shop and Express Home2Home.

Important
To integrate your contract with Packlink PRO you must:
- Have a User ID, Password, Departure depot, Pricing code home delivery services, Pricing code Shop2Shop, SFTP user and SFTP password. If you do not have these credentials, please contact your BRT sales agent to get them.
- Pay the Packlink PRO Subscription.
How to activate your Packlink PRO Subscription Plan
- Log in in your Packlink PRO account - Italy.
- In the left navigation menu, select Subscription Plan.
- Click Get started now.
- Make sure all your Invoicing details are correct and up to date.
- To edit the data, click the
Edit icon. Modify the information you consider appropriate. Then click Save.

- Enter your debit/credit card details.
- Click Upgrade now.
You're all set! You have now subscribed successfully.
To start sending at your own rates, you need to connect your BRT contract in Packlink PRO. Here's how to do it.
How to connect your BRT contract to Packlink PRO
Once you have subscribed and have activated your plan, you will be able to connect your BRT contract with Packlink PRO.
If you have already subscribed and have your plan active, follow these steps to connect it:
- Log in in your Packlink PRO account - Italy.
- Click Settings in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- In the left navigation menu, select Carrier contracts.
- Click the BRT card.
- Enter the credentials provided by your BRT sales agent: User ID, Password, Departure depot, Pricing code home delivery services, Pricing code Shop2Shop, SFTP user and SFTP password (these are your login details for the web service.).
- Note: If you change your BRT login details, you must update them in Packlink PRO to continue using the platform as normal.
- Click Activate at the bottom right of the screen.
Congratulations! You can now manage your shipments through Packlink PRO with your BRT rates.
How to set up the shipping cost of your BRT contract in your eCommerce
If you use an integrated platform to manage your shipments such as: Shopify, Magento, Wix, etc., you must add the shipping cost so that your customers can see the correct amount.
Follow the instructions below to make sure that your customers do not see €0.00 for the shipping cost:
- Log in to your integrated eCommerce.
- Select Packlink PRO in the list of applications.
- Go to the Carriers section and then select BRT.
- Click Edit.
- Select Fixed prices in Price Policy.
- When you select an option other than Fixed prices, you will need to create the Price Range or Weight Range and add the Amount you want to appear in your online shop.
- Click Save.
Additional information
- Your shipments will be billed by BRT. So you will always see the label prices at 0,00€ on Packlink PRO.
- When you create a new shipment, just below the carrier's logo, you will see
Your own contract.
- You will only pay the price of the extra protection if you purchase it.
- Don't forget to download, print and stick the label on the outside of the parcel/envelope.
- If you have purchased Packlink's extra protection and want to claim compensation for damage or loss, you must open the complaint through the Help and support section of your Packlink PRO account, by selecting the type of incident that fits your case.
