A day has passed since the collection and there’s no online tracking, how can I get information?

Some transportation companies don’t have real time tracking means, so it may be normal that there is no tracking the next day.

This may be the case for international services that are picked up by a Transportation Agency partner chosen when contracting the service, and delivered to the central warehouse for departure to destination. 

Check the tracking of your shipment and if there’s no information on the day following the collection, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
