If you’ve already registered on Packlink PRO and you want to change your personal information, please follow these steps:
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Click Settings, on the top right of your screen.
- Depending on the information you would like to change, Select Billing and invoices or Your account in the left navigation menu.
Billing and invoices
In this section you will be able to change the following information:
- Tax data: if you are a Private customer or a Business. Select the correct option according to your situation.
- Invoice details: name, surname or company name, address, phone number and email address. The only information you cannot edit is the TAX ID number, as this is associated with your account ID.
Please note that if you edit the email address in Billing and invoices, the change will be applied only for invoices. You still need to access your Packlink PRO account with the email address you provided during the registration flow.
If you would like to change the email address associated with your Packlink PRO account, please forward your enquiry to email@example.com. We will send you a confirmation via email once the change has been applied.
In this section, you will be able to change the following information:
- Edit your password.
- The language.
