If the status Generating Labels is displayed in your Packlink PRO account, it means that our system is transmitting your data from our Packlink platform to to the carrier system. Your labels are being processed and you will shortly be able to download them. However, sometimes delays might occur while transmitting this information to the carrier.
If the status of the label remains unchanged for more than 3 minutes, you will receive a carrier error message. In this case, try to refresh the page using the F5 key. Usually, by refreshing the page, the shipping documents are correctly downloaded from the platform.
If, instead, this error message continues to appear and the PDF document is still not available for download after 10 minutes, it may be due to an error generating the labels. You can contact us anytime and our Customer Support will help you to retrieve your labels!
When the order has been correctly confirmed, the status is updated to Ready to be shipped and you can download the shipping documents in PDF format by clicking on Print the label.
