When the creation status of the label remains unchanged for more than 3 minutes, you will receive a "Carrier Error" message, we request you first to re-load the page using the F5 key.
Usually, by refreshing the page, the shipping documents are correctly downloaded from the platform.
When the order has been correctly confirmed, the status is updated to "Ready to be shipped" and you can download the shipping documents in PDF format by clicking on "PRINT THE LABEL".
