If your shipment consists of multiple parcels, you will need to apply a different label to each parcel. It has a specific ID for each package.
If your multi-parcel shipment, for example, consists of two packages, one of 5 kg and one of 10 kg, you will receive two labels, each of which will show the corresponding weight of the shipment and a different tracking number.
At the time of collection, the courier scans the various barcodes using the package labels, so you can check the tracking status of all packages on your shipment online.
We also inform you that for multi-parcels shipments, the carrier can divide the packages into two or more means of transport if it does not have enough space to transport them all together. You can then receive the shipment on different days.
