Most delivery services contracted with PackLink take place from 9 a.m. to 8 a.m. (Local time in the destination country).

Need help?

Contact us about your delivery, arrange a new collection, raise a claim, check your invoice etc. either via Chat or Email. We are available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00
