What does weight/volume error mean?

The weight/volume error is registered when your package weighs or measures more than what you indicated when contracting the service.

As you know, when contracting the service it’s important to indicate the most accurate measurements and weight, and this is precisely one of the reasons:

If the transportation company finds that the package has a higher volume, or if it weighs more than indicated, it will be withheld until you pay the difference, or even held until you go to collect it because it’s not possible to transport it.

In the case of shipments contracted with Zeleris, do not worry, this tracking is predetermined when the package arrives at the warehouse and is scanned. However, if you find that it doesn’t change over several days, don’t hesitate to contact us to solve it.
