If you are tracking your shipment and the status Warehoused is displayed, it means that your parcel is in the transportation company’s branch or warehouse.
The reason why this status is displayed may be due to:
- Incorrect information when finalising the order on Packlink.
- Absence of the recipient.
- Damaged goods.
- Insufficient packaging.
- Waiting to be delivered.
If the delivery time has expired and tracking says that your shipment is warehoused, please contact us as soon as possible, by submitting a request through the Help and support section of your PRO account, selecting the Delivery option. Our agents will reply to your enquiry with a solution within 24 hours.
