If you are shipping outside of the European Union, you must always attach a commercial or pro-forma Customs Invoice.

Depending on the destination and type of goods you send, your shipment may require some additional documentation (FDA registration, dual-use letter, export permit, etc.).
This documentation cannot be provided when purchasing the service, because we do not know the actual content of your shipment and it depends on the Customs office.
If, after Customs clearance, you need to provide any additional document, the status Missing documentation will be displayed on the tracking. We will notify you via email, as soon as the transportation company informs us.
We strongly recommend you always track your shipment on a daily basis, to make sure there are no issues with the delivery of your parcel.
