How long will it take to resolve my claim?

The average time estimated to resolve a complaint is 90 days, but we will always try to streamline the steps as much as possible to resolve things in 30 days. :)

Reviewing documentation and dealing with insurers is not an easy task, so we ask you to be patient if the Insurance Department does not give you an answer in several days. It’s recommended that you wait for an answer and do not duplicate the request so that it does not lose priority.

You must bear in mind that the documents and images that we request are required by the transport company. Once they have them in their possession, they carry out the relevant assessment and issue the resolution of the case, at which point the Insurance Department will contact you to inform you.
