Can I move the collection time forward?

We are sorry, but once the service has been contracted it is not possible to modify the time, since once the collection request has been received, the transportation company organises its route according to the number of services to be carried out in the area.

If you need to add any comment regarding the schedule, you can contact us and we will send it to the transportation company to ensure that everything possible is done to deal with it.
