Once the order has been finalised it is not possible to modify the time, since once the collection request has been received, the transportation company organises its route according to the number of services to be carried out in the area.
Time frames are agreed with the carriers, but we cannot reduce them or request an exact time for the pick up service. The driver will do everything possible to get there within the estimated time frame.
