What do I do if the courier hasn’t collected my package?

If the courier has not collected your package at the time established in the contract, contact us through Contact us, or PacklinkOnline Help Chat .

The couriers organise the collections by route, so it is possible that they sometimes get delayed. We ask you to be patient. ;)

When you contact us, we will proceed to request information from the transportation company to find out what’s happened, when they’ll come to collect and, in the event of an incident, how to resolve it. We will be happy to help you!
