The first thing you need to do is to check the tracking of your shipment in your Packlink PRO panel; in many cases you can see its current status and where the package is currently.
You must take into account that all shipments have a delivery time; if this time hasn’t passed, it is normal that the goods have not been delivered.
Check the recipient's address, as sometimes information is missing and this causes a delay in delivery.
Check that the recipient has not received any notification that the driver passed by or a call from the driver, this could be due them not being there at the time of delivery.
Contact us if the following cases occur:
- Delivery time exceeded.
- Tracking is unavailable.
- Tracking is confusing and you don't understand what it means.
