I need proof of delivery (POD)

At Packlink, our services do not include acknowledgement of receipt, so it is important that you track your shipment if you want to know its status.

If you want proof of delivery for your shipment, you can request it once it has been delivered, and when it is available we will send it to you.

Keep in mind that if the service is delivered to a mailbox, you won’t be able to get proof of delivery.  

For these types of requests, you can get them from the service information, by clicking the Contact Customer Service option
