To track your shipment online, PackLink will provide you with an internal reference number which you’ll use to locate your package at all times (ES...), so you will not need that of the transportation company.
It’s important that, for the purpose of the transportation company, its direct client is PackLink, therefore you’ll be referred to us for any queries.
However, if you need an internal reference from the transportation company, you can find it on the shipping label (under the barcode), otherwise, you can contact us and we will gladly provide you with all the information you need.
Bear in mind that generally the customer services at transport companies usually have 902 numbers. These numbers create a cost on your phone bill, so we advise you to avoid using this method of contact. However, whenever you request the phone number, we’ll always provide it to you.
