Tracking is updated every time your shipment is scanned in one of the transportation company’s warehouses.
On occasion, due to operational reasons (excess of goods, transit delay or unavailability of space in the airplane hold, etc...) your shipment may not link to the corresponding route. In such cases, they may board or leave on the next connection to the destination.

In general, the status is updated daily but if you notice that the estimated delivery date of your shipment is close and the status isn’t updated, please contact us so we can manage the delivery.
