What coverage does my shipment have?

All shipments made through Packlink.PRO include the coverage established by the transport contract applicable to each transit in case of damage or loss, provided that the documentation required for processing the claim is provided.

If the value of the shipment exceeds that included in the coverage established by this contract, you can take out additional coverage of up to €2500, as long as the goods are new; if the goods you’re sending are "Second Hand" (purchase/invoice date longer than 60 days regarding the collection date), you have coverage of up to €500 available to you. To take this out, all you need to do is select Second Hand.
