If you receive a damaged package, the first thing you need to do is:
- Make a record of it on the delivery note that you sign for the courier.
- Keep the goods and the packaging in the same way they arrived to you.
- Take as many photos as possible (of the packaging and the contents).
This will make it much easier to handle the matter. :)
When you have the goods with you, contact us with information about the damage so that we can transfer your case to our Insurance Department, which will manage your case to offer you the best possible solution.
