Although it’s our intention that everything runs smoothly, there are a number of circumstances that may mean that the courier cannot pick up your shipment:
- It's not well packaged: Remember to take a look at requires a printer and you don’t have the label prepared or the label is unclear.
- Missing Customs Invoice
- Weight / dimensions higher than those contracted (more information here)
- It contains Prohibited Items
- It’s contracted with another transportation company. For example: Imagine that you have contracted two national services, one with SEUR and another with CorreosExpress. The courier for CorreosExpress has arrived before and you also want to give them the SEUR shipment, but the courier will not be able to take it.
You must take into account that the transportation company carries out the services en route, so if the goods are not prepared (missing labels, packaging or customs documentation) they may refuse to wait because they must provide more services and they have a limited time to do so. In that case you will have to contact us to reschedule your collection on another date.
