As a general rule, collections should be requested 24 hours in advance; keep this in mind so that your request can be processed.
If the request is with a time period of less than 24 hours, we recommend that you contract a new service with the correct date and request a cancellation for the previous shipment to avoid possible delays or inconvenience.
Lastly, remember that we do not have collections or deliveries on weekends or holidays, so changes will not be able to be made in these cases.
