If you were not at home when the courier arrived for the collection, contact us to request that we reschedule your collection.
They don’t usually come twice on the same day for collection, so the collection will be from the next day in the same time slot.
If you aren’t available during the initial time slot, you can ask us if there is a possibility to change it (depending on the service and collection address).
