Tracking my shipment

Tracking the shipment with the Packlink order number (ES...) or with the transportation company’s shipment number is very simple.

Below we’ll show you a table with all our transportation companies with direct links to their corresponding websites. That’s where you will be able to directly track your shipment if you need to:

You will be able to track the status of your shipment from the day after its collection. The shipment tracking is created after the courier has collected the shipment and the goods have been registered with the scanner at the departing branch.
The first day of transit is calculated from the day after withdrawal. In the case of international shipments, transit may take longer to update because the shipment travels on different boats.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in 48 hours, please ask our customer service team for assistance via the Help Centre.
