By subscribing to Packlink PRO Plus you can enjoy exclusive benefits including the Priority claims management service, which allows you to obtain a faster resolution in the event of damage, loss or missing content in your shipment, reducing response times and optimising the handling of these types of incidents.
How does it work?
Once the carrier has confirmed the damage, missing content or loss of your parcel, and you have provided all the necessary documentation, the Packlink Support Team will validate the claim and process the compensation payment within a maximum of 7 working days.
Requirements to access the Priority claims management service:
In order for our team to process your claim with priority, you must be a Packlink PRO Plus subscriber, meet the period to start a claim and open the claim through the Help and support section of your Packlink PRO account.
Select the option that best fits your case (damage or lost) and attach the following documentation:
- Proof of value of the goods: commercial invoice of purchase/sale or sale receipt/ticket.
- Photos of the goods (in the event of damage or missing content): showing the external and internal packaging used.
- Any additional documents that the carrier may require to evaluate the claim.
If you meet all these requirements, your claim will be processed with priority and you will receive payment within the stipulated period.
Important
- Any parcel containing prohibited and no compensation items, or which does not comply with the specifications stated in the Packing Guide, will be excluded from any type of coverage, financial compensation and will not be eligible for the Priority claims management service.
- Priority claims management only expedites the processing of claims for damage, loss or missing content. It does not cover the collection or delivery of the goods.
- Incomplete or incorrect documentation may delay the refund process. Please ensure that you provide valid documents to avoid unnecessary delays.
