Tracking: Missing Documentation: what does it mean?

If you see this status as the last tracking update for your shipment, it means that your goods can’t be dispatched from customs to be correctly sent to the destination country.

  • The invoice hasn’t arrived along with the goods to the transportation facilities (sometimes they can come off the box).
  • The invoice you’ve provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  • After checking your invoice, the customs agent confirms that you need to provide more documentation.
