Shipment delivered: Packages haven’t arrived

If your shipment included more than one package and the recipient hasn’t received them all, the first thing you need to do is contact us so that we can take a look at the situation regarding the packages that still need to be delivered.

 

This may happen for various reasons:

  1. The transport procedure is to document the shipments individually. In this case, you shouldn’t worry, as the recipient will receive all packages in a few days.
  2. There’s currently an incident and the rest will arrive late.
  3. Information regarding the rest of the goods is missing which is preventing the goods from being located.

 

Please contact us that same day so that we can take action as soon as possible. To speed up customer service management as much as possible, we recommend that you provide us with the following information in your first email/form:

 

  • Number of packages that haven’t arrived yet.
  • Collection note detailing the number of packages collected by the courier at the place of origin.
  • Detailed description of the exterior packaging of the packages that still need to be delivered.
  • Delivery note detailing the contents of the missing packages.
  • Detailed description of the contents of the missing packages.
