Thanks to Packlink PRO you can easily manage all your shipments from your own dashboard and you can keep all your shipping metrics under control, in one single place.
Inside the Analytics section you can check how your shipments are evolving over time. The Analytics section will help you to easily identify trends in shipping cost and peak seasons, to better forecast periods with high demand.
Please read the information in this article to understand what data is included in this feature, available for all our PRO customers.
Access to Analytics
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Select Analytics, in the left navigation menu.
The following metrics will be automatically displayed in your dashboard:
Date range
First of all, select a period of time. You can select any date within the last 90 days. Please note that the information displayed in each graphic is updated every 24 hours. As a result, graphics are not updated in real time.
Shipments over time
See how the volume of shipments is evolving over time. This metric is perfect for you to identify peak seasons and anticipate high demand from your customers.
Total shipping costs
All the costs related to your shipments, such as insurance, refunds or any extra payment. VAT amount is included in these costs.
Shipments by carrier
Check the list of all the carriers you have selected for your shipments. You can see the exact number of shipments you have done with each carrier, the percentage and the average cost.
Shipments per country
Where are you shipping the most? Thanks to this graphic you'll be able to see where your shipments are headed to.
Shipments per content shipped
What are you sending? In this graphic we show you the list of items you have included in your shipments. You can view what type of item you are sending the most and compare them.
Please note that the amounts displayed on each graphic include only those shipments made with the currency you have set by default. For example, if your default currency is € and the shipment is paid in £, this won't be included in the total.
