Yes, in accordance with the Packlink PRO Subscription Services Particular Conditions, you can cancel the service and downgrade to the Free Plan at any time, as there is no commitment.
Packlink PRO will not charge any fees for cancelling the subscription. However, you will not be credited for the amount of the current month in which you have cancelled.
If you switch to the Free Plan (at no cost) and there are still days left in your billing period, you can continue to enjoy the features of your current plan until the end of the billing period.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the left hand side menu, select Subscription plan.
- Among the available options, locate the Free Plan and click Select plan.
- Indicate the reason why you want to switch to a lower-tier subscription, then select Switch to Free.
- A message will appear confirming the switch to the Free Plan, along with the date on which your current subscription will end.
- Complete the process by clicking Done.
After cancelling your subscription and switching back to the Free Plan, Packlink PRO will no longer automatically charge you the renewal fee, unless you resubscribe to a paid plan.
Important
- If you cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) calendar days, the subscription plan functionalities will still remain active until the end of the billing period.
- The maximum period for the right of withdrawal from the subscription plan is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the subscription is formalised.
- Should you make use of any functionalities included in the subscription plan, the right of withdrawal will be cancelled.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of subscription plan activation, you must contact our Customer Support Team from your Packlink PRO account by clicking on Help and Support and selecting the Technical issues option. This allows them to check whether you have used any of the features included in the subscription plan.
Please note that your request must include a clear statement that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. You may use the template we provided for this purpose.
