Shipments to America are quite complex. Please consider that Latin American countries have very restrictive export and import policies (type of goods, value, etc.). For all shipments to Latin America, you always need to attach a customs invoice.
Important
- Please note that the prices displayed on our platform, includes transportation and export from the country of origin. Customs duties and fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- The person who placed the order is responsible for checking whether the items to be sent are prohibited or restricted in the destination country or region. Before shipping, it is important to review the restrictions in both the country of origin and the destination country, as well as the required documentation, to avoid delays or the shipment being held by customs.
Restrictions
Make sure that the content of your shipment does not include anything displayed in our prohibited/restricted items list.
There are many products that, in addition to the customs invoice, must include additional documentation (dual-use letter, non-hazard certificate, a letter from the living artist, clearance authorisation, etc.) For this reason, we always recommend you to visit the customs office website of the country you want to ship to, before purchasing a shipment on our platform.
Most customs offices have a website where you can find all the details necessary for your shipment to be processed without issues: restrictions, documentation, specific regulations, etc.
