The status Generating labels indicates that our system is connecting with the transport company's system to complete the creation of the label, so it will be ready for download shortly.
This process usually takes 10-15 minutes. However, sometimes there may be delays in transmitting the information to the carrier due to technical issues or the use of non-standard characters. In this case, refresh your browser by pressing the F5 key.
When the order has been correctly confirmed, the status is updated to Ready to be shipped and you can download the shipping documents in PDF format by clicking on Print the label.
Tips
- To minimize the risk of error, avoid using special characters when entering your shipment details, for example: &, à, ª, º, ä, ë, ø, etc.
- Do not use letters from other alphabets such as Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Greek, etc.
If after this time and after refreshing your browser, you still see the status Generating labels, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team by submitting a request through the Help and support section of your PRO account, selecting the Label option. Our agents will assist you and provide the required shipping labels.
