If you have completed a shipment with Packlink PRO, using the BRT Express Punto di Deposito S2H (domestico shop2home) service, you can print your shipping at any FermoPoint. This way you can save time and easily identify your shipment.
How does it work?
Printing labels at a Fermopoint BRT is free of charge. When booking your shipment, ensure that you activate the Printerless shipping toggle in the Additional options section.
Once you have completed the shipment, you will receive a QR code via email. You can use this code to drop off the goods at a FermoPoint without needing to print and stick the label to the parcel.
Check your inbox and your junk/spam folders to make sure you have received the QR code. Some email providers may classify these emails as junk.
To use the Print in Store service and drop off the parcel, follow these simple steps:
- Find the nearest FermoPoint and check the schedule for the reception of goods.
- Go to the Acceptance Point with the goods properly packed.
- Present the QR code from your mobile device for the staff to scan.
- Hand over the goods, the FermoPoint staff will print the label. Make sure they stick it correctly on the parcel. Afterwards, BRT will take care of collecting the parcel.
- Request proof/receipt of the deposit within 20 minutes (view sample). This will be the evidence that BRT has taken care of your parcel. If you do not receive this confirmation, you should return to the Fermopoint and request it again.
Important
- Do not forget to keep the proof/receipt of the deposit given to you by the staff at the Acceptance Point, as this will be the only proof that the transport company will accept in the event of any tracking issues. They will also require it if a claim is made.
- The shipment cannot be tracked until the carrier has collected the parcels left at the Fermopoint, as they have not yet entered the BRT network. The carrier collects parcels from the Fermopoint once or twice a day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 09:00 and 18:30, depending on the delivery location.
