If you correctly apply labels to your parcels, delays, issues and losses are going to be much less likely. For this reason, to ensure that you have correctly applied the label, we strongly recommend for you to follow these steps:
- Remove any old labels or other information from the box and avoid using used boxes.
- Place the label on the outside of the box, if possible on the widest side. Do not place it on a closing line or on the tape used to close the package. Make sure you use a strong, transparent adhesive tape that does not cover the shipment information or the barcodes on the label.
- You can add extra information on the box, such as the recipient's phone number or the Customs invoice, but remember to always affix the Packlink label to your parcel shipment. When you need to add extra documents use transparent plastic wallets.
