For the purpose of the transportation company, its direct client is Packlink. For this reason, if you contact the carrier, you’ll be probably redirected to our Customer Support for any queries.
Please note that carriers' customer support phone lines may have special tariffs, which might be expensive if you try to call them. We advise you to avoid using this method of contact.
In case you have any questions related to your shipment purchased on Packlink, you can look for the answer in our help center or you can contact our Customer Support.
Remember that you can always track your shipment in your Packlink PRO account. However, if you need an internal reference from the transportation company, you can find it on the shipping label (under the barcode).
