On your Packlink PRO panel, you will see different shipment statuses. In this article we are going to explain to you what each one of them means and if any action is required on your part.
You are one step away from confirming your shipment, first you have to complete it. If you need help, we invite you to contact our sales department.
If don’t complete an order for whatever reason, when you open it again in the panel you will find that it has the same status.
We have received your order and your shipment is being processed, please wait a few seconds. Once your shipment is ready, you will be able to print your labels. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
In the panel, you will see the following status ‘Your shipment is being processed. It will soon be ready for collection and you will be able to print your labels to attach to the packages’

Ready for shipping
Your shipment is now ready for collection, print the labels and make sure they are properly attached with adhesive tape so that they don’t come off. Please don’t cover the barcode part so that it can be scanned correctly by the transportation company
If you have contracted a Drop Off service (Correos Office-Office or Correos Office-Home), you can go to the nearest branch to drop it off, once you have printed the labels.
When the status reads ‘Ready for shipping’, you can print or send labels and modify or cancel your order.
Your shipment is travelling on the transportation company’s network to be delivered on the estimated date. Visit our Help Portal if you need more information about how to track your package (https://support-pro.packlink.com/hc/en)
When the ‘In transit’ status is shown, you can print or send labels, track your package and contact Customer Service if necessary.
Your shipment has been delivered to the destination, to the recipient's address or to an established location.

Only drafts can be archived, so they do not interfere with the rest of the shipments. If you need more information about archiving your shipments, view this article: Archive shipments
• Archived drafts can be processed and their status can be changed to Pending.
