Tracking your shipment on Packlink is very easy. You can track your shipment anytime, in your Packlink PRO account or by using the carrier's website.
You can start tracking your shipment, Once it has been flagged as In transit in your Packlink PRO account.
You have two options to track your shipment in our platform. For more information, please click on one of the following sections.

Track your shipment in your Packlink PRO account
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Select the shipment you would like to track.
- Click Tracking.
- A new tab will be automatically opened with all the details related to your shipment.
Track your shipment using the carrier’s website
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Select the shipment you would like to track.
- Click Details, right below the Tracking blue button.
- You'll be automatically redirected to the details page. On the top of the page, you'll be able to check the carrier's name and the tracking number.
- Click on the icon to copy the tracking number.
- Click Track my shipment. A new page will be opened in your browser and you'll be redirected to the carrier's website.
- Paste the tracking number in the search toolbar, then press Enter in your keyboard.
- Check the latest updates about your shipment.
Additional information
- You can start tracking your shipment one day after the pick-up day.
- Transit is estimated in working days, excluding weekends or holidays.
- In case of international shipment, please note that the tracking may need more time before getting updates.
If the transit status is not updated for more than 48 hours, contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request through the Help and support section of your PRO account, selecting the Delivery option. One of our agents will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible, to provide you all the information you need about your shipment.
