Your shipment may not be available for tracking due to one of the following reasons:
- Your shipment hasn't been collected yet
Please note that you can start tracking your shipment one day after the pick-up day. In your Packlink dashboard you can check if the tracking is available once the shipment has been flagged as In transit.
- Missing labels
- International shipments
Some transportation companies operate in other countries through third parties, creating a new international tracking number. For this reason the tracking may not update in real time.
- Transit may be blocked
The tracking is updated on a daily basis, every time a package arrives at a warehouse and is scanned. However, unexpected events may have an impact on the transit time, such as roadworks, extreme weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, transportation strikes or road closures.
If your shipment has been collected, you've attached your labels and after 48 hours the tracking is still not available, please contact us as soon as possible, by clicking on Contact us now at the end of this page or by using our Tracking contact form.
