How do I use a promo code?

If you are a Packlink PRO customer and you have received a valid promo code, below you can find all the instructions you need, to use the voucher on your next shipment. 

If you don't have any orders ready for payment, please follow the steps here below: 

1. Access to your Packlink PRO account.
2. On the top right of your screen, click New shipment.
3. Enter the postcodes for both the origin and the destination, and make sure you select the correct country for each one.
4. Then enter the weight in kilos and the dimensions in centimetres of the parcel/envelope (already packed).
5. Click the magnifying glass button and the system will show you the available services and prices.
6. Select the desired Service for this shipment, then click Book now.
7. Provide the information required and click Continue.
8. Indicate the content and value of the goods. If you want to add extra protection, select the option 
   Add shipment protection.
9. In the Payment summary on the right, enter your Promo code in the correct field and click Add. 
10. The discount will be displayed.
11. Choose a payment method to finalise your order. 

If you have orders Ready for payment, please follow the steps here below: 

1. Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
2. Click Ready for payment or Drafts, in the left navigation menu.
3. Select the order you want to edit from the list and click Pay.
4. In the Payment summary on the right, enter your Promo code in the correct field and click Add. 
5. The discount will be displayed.
6. Choose a payment method to finalise your order.
