You can change a shipment only if the order has not been paid for yet. You can edit shipments displayed in the status Ready for payment or Drafts. Please follow the steps here below to edit your shipments:
Order in Ready for payment
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the left navigation menu, select Ready for payment. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
- Tick the box for the shipment you want to modify.
- In the Actions for your shipments panel you can change the carrier, edit the collection date, add extra protection, modify the content, dimensions or weight of the parcel, add extra parcels, or even delete the shipment. After each change, click Save to confirm it.
- Once you have made all the necessary changes, click Pay to complete your shipment.
Order in Drafts
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the left navigation menu, select Drafts. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
- Find the order you want to modify and click Complete.
- Provide the information required and click Continue.
- Finally, select and enter the details of your payment method to complete your shipment.
If you have already finalised your order but the information is incorrect, you will need to cancel the shipment and create a new one with the correct details. In our Help Center we explain how to cancel a shipment.
