You can change a shipment only if the order has not been paid for yet. You can edit shipments displayed in the status Ready for payment or Drafts. Please follow the steps here below to edit your shipments:
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the left navigation menu, select Ready for payment or Drafts. The list of shipments will be automatically displayed.
- Tick the check box corresponding to the shipment you would like to edit.
- If you have selected Ready for payment: in the panel displayed on the right you can Edit services, Edit collection date, Purchase extra protection, Edit content, Edit packages, Update pick-up point or Delete the shipment you have selected.
- If you have selected Drafts: click the Complete button and provide the information required.
- If the information is correct, you can proceed with the payment.
- Select and enter your payment method details to finalise your order.
If you have already finalised your order but the information is incorrect, you will need to cancel the shipment and create a new one with the correct details.
