How do I use a promo code? – Packlink PRO

If you have received a valid promo code, below you can find all the instructions you need, to use the voucher on your next shipment:

Access to your Packlink PRO account.
On the top right of your screen, click New shipment.
Once you have completed all the delivery details and are on the Payment details step, look for the Payment summary section.
Enter the the promo code in the corresponding field and click Add.
The discount will appear automatically in the Payment summary section.
Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal.
Finally, click Pay or PayPal to finalise your order.

Access to your Packlink PRO account.
In the left navigation menu, select Ready for payment. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
Tick the box for the shipment you want to complete.
Click Pay. The Payment Details panel will automatically open on the right side of your screen.
Locate the Promo code section. Enter the the code in the corresponding field and click Add.
The discount will appear automatically in the Billing details section.
Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal.
Finally, click Pay or PayPal to finalise your order.

Access to your Packlink PRO account.
In the left navigation menu, select Drafts. The list of shipments will appear automatically.
Find the order you want to complete and click Complete.
Once you have completed all the delivery details and are on the Payment details step, look for the Payment summary section.
