When we cancel a shipment, we have to wait for the transportation company’s confirmation to be able to refund you the money. As a general rule, this process doesn’t usually take longer than 72 hours.
Depending on the payment method you use to finalise your order, you will receive the refund as follows:
- If you paid with a debit card, the period is from 3 to 7 days from the moment we reverse the order. This occurs at the moment we confirm the cancellation via email.
- If you paid with a credit card, the period is from 3 to 7 days from the moment we reverse the order, but you may not see it in your account until the settlement date is negotiated with your bank.
- If you have paid with PayPal, you will receive the refund on the same day we confirm the cancellation via email. If you’ve opened a PayPal dispute, the process will last until the payment platform resolves the dispute. We recommend that you always close the dispute, to process the refund from Packlink.
- If you have enabled the direct debit option (deferred payments, every 15 days), you will receive the payment in the next billing cycle.
All refunds will have their corresponding amended invoice so that you can view your payments when needed, in you Packlink PRO account.
