According to the conditions outlined in our Packlink PRO Cancellation policy, you can cancel your order after the payment has been made for free, as long as the parcel hasn't been collected or delivered yet.
On the other hand, if the courier is on the way to the collection address, the failed collection fee may apply.
Important
The deadline to submit a cancellation request is fifteen (15) days from the date the order was paid, except for Royal Mail services, for which the deadline is seven (7) days from the date the order was paid.
