If you would like the proof of delivery for your shipment, you can request it once the parcel has been delivered, and we will send it to you.
You can send your request to our Customer Support, by submitting a request through the Help and support section of your PRO account, selecting the Delivery option.
Our agents will send you the requested document via email once we have received it from the carrier in charge of your shipment.
Please note that if the service is delivered to a mailbox, we won't be able to provide you the proof of delivery.
At Packlink, our services do not include acknowledgement of receipt, so it is important that you track your shipment to check its status.
