Can I take out additional insurance for my shipment?

Of course you can!

Taking out additional insurance has a cost that varies depending on the amount to be insured, of which you will always be informed.

The maximum amount to insure your shipment will be 2,500 euros in the case of new goods and up to €500 in the case of Second-Hand Goods.

Before contracting your shipment, please don’t forget to review the List of Prohibited and Restricted Items and the Packaging GuideTherefore, if you decide to send prohibited/restricted items, or send items without respecting the packaging guide, you must bear in mind that no insurance coverage will take care of the claim.
