With Packlink PRO you can save your usual pickup and delivery addresses, which will save you more time when managing your shipments.
In your address book you can view, manage and save up to 8 sender addresses and up to 500 recipient addresses. You will also have the option to choose the one you use most as the default origin address.
Below, we explain the steps to follow to set up addresses in your address book. It's quick and easy:
Sender
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click Settings.
- In the left navigation menu select the Address book section.
- Click on the Sender tab.
You can add, edit or delete up to 8 default addresses. - To add a new one, on the right side of your screen click on Add a new address.
- Fill in all the required information and then click Create. The new address will now be available in the address book.
- To select a Default address for your shipments, click the icon .
- To edit an address click the icon .
- To delete an address click on the icon .
Recipient
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click Settings.
- In the left navigation menu select the Address book section.
- Click on the Recipient tab.
You can add, edit or delete up to 500 default addresses. - To add a new one, on the right side of your screen click on Add a new address.
- Fill in all the required information and then click Create. The new address will now be available in the address book.
- To edit an address click the icon .
- To delete an address click on the icon .
- To search for an address, type its Alias in the search bar or use the paging toolat the bottom of your screen to find it manually.
