In your Packlink PRO account, you can make purchase simulations to find out the price of a shipment without having to purchase a label. You can then leave these simulations in Pending status to consult with them later should you need to.
If you have multiple pending shipments in this section and would like to delete one or all of them, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
- In the left navigation menu, click Pending.
- Then click Ready for payment or Drafts, and the list of pending shipments will appear automatically:
- If you only want to delete one (1) shipment, click on Delete, located just below the Complete button.
- If you want to delete two (2) or more shipments, select the relevant check boxes (located on the left of the shipment details). This will make the Actions for your shipments window appear automatically (on the right of your screen). Then select Delete all and this will delete the selected pending shipments.
Please note that you can only delete shipments that have Pending status, those that have already been paid for will remain on your account and cannot be deleted. If you want to cancel a shipment, click here.
