How do I complete multiple shipments?

Thanks to Packlink PRO, In the main panel of your account, you will have the option to edit, complete and pay for multiple shipments at the same time. This functionality is designed to make your life easier, making it possible to edit and complete your pending orders simultaneously.

It’s really simple, you only need the following steps: 

1. Log in to your Packlink PRO account.
2. In the left navigation menu, select Ready for payment or Drafts.
3.  The list of shipments will be displayed. Tick the case to select those orders you would like to complete at the same time. You can also select all of them, by checking the box next to Bulk selection. 
   1. If you have selected Ready for payment:
      1. if the information is correct, click Pay all to finalise all the orders you have selected. Select your payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). 
      2. If you want to review the information, before proceeding with the payment, you can Edit services, Purchase extra protection, Edit content, Edit packages or Delete all the orders you have selected. Please note: you can also edit the Collection date for several shipments if no carriers have been selected yet or if the same carrier has been assigned to the shipments you would like to edit in bulk.
   2. If you have selected Drafts, please provide the information required before proceeding with the payment for the shipments you have selected. 

All done! Now you’ve paid for your shipments and the labels will be available for download as soon as possible.
