If you have registered with Packlink PRO and want to change your personal information or billing address, please follow these steps:
- Access your Packlink PRO account.
- Click Settings, on the top right of your screen.
- In the menu on the left, click Billing and invoices or Your account, depending on the data you want to change.
Billing and invoices
In this section you can make the following modifications:
- Tax details. In this segment you can specify whether you are a Business/Freelancer or Private customer.

Invoice details. In this segment you have the option to update your billing address by adding your name and surname/company name, full address, telephone number and your contact email.
The only data you cannot change is the VAT number as it is part of the account ID (customer code).
Important
The modification of the email address in this section applies only to the contact details. Access to the platform will continue to be carried out with the original email with which the account was registered.
If you want to change your Packlink PRO login email, send a request by sending a message to privacy@packlink.com from the email you currently use to access your account. Our agents will then confirm the change of email through the same channel.
Your account
In this section you can manage different aspects of your profile and personal settings:
- Your account. In this segment, you can change your login password to keep your account secure.
- Language. In this segment, you have the option to change the language of your Packlink PRO account, choosing the one that best suits your needs. This will determine the language in which you will see all the interfaces within your account.
